Our client, , Global insurance company, is now looking for Business Analyst to join their technical development teams.

Responsibilities:
• This position is to support Asia Ops team to deliver required operational KPI automation result to various stakeholders, from global, Asia region and each local markets.
• It is preferred the candidate has delivered data related projects in the past and understand the data flows.
• The candidate will be coordinating with 10 Asia markets, regional stakeholders and global team and track the status and risk and actively coordinate with the right party to solve the issues.
• Evaluate the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Experience Requirements:
• Senior (3-5 years) work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.
• The candidate requires to have strong communication skill across Asian region with bi-lingual in English and Chinese (Putonghua/Cantonese) is a must
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good planning, time management and organizational skills
• Insurance background is a bonus
