Providing on-site technical support for our clients
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Preform troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues
Follow the escalation process to ensure professional IT support service
Document procedures and processes when necessary

協助進行軟硬件安裝更新, 網絡及流動設備, 列印機及掃描器等支援
提供用戶技術支援 (需外出工作)
處理資訊科技相關文件工作等
Skills & Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines (Network Products and Infrastructure Equipment; Server Systems; Microcomputer Equipment, etc.)
Experience in PC, Server and networking
Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
Immediate available is preferred

Salaries:
Hourly Basic ($80-100/hr depends on experience)
