AI Engineer - Supply Chain and ESG (English Speaker Welcome)

As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize supply chain operations and drive sustainable business practices aligned with ESG principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain experts, data scientists, and sustainability specialists, to leverage the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and improve social responsibility.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for AI-based optimization and automation
• Design and develop AI models and algorithms to predict demand, optimize inventory management, enhance logistics, and minimize waste
• Implement AI-powered solutions to monitor and track environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics across the supply chain
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop predictive analytics models that support decision-making for sustainability initiatives
• Integrate AI-powered systems with existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) platforms
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI-based supply chain and ESG solutions
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AI models, addressing any issues or biases
• Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams, training users on the AI-powered tools and applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and supply chain management technologies
• Contribute to the development of AI ethics and governance frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical AI deployment
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML-based solutions, preferably in the supply chain or sustainability domains
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML systems
• Familiarity with supply chain management concepts, including forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics
• Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability metrics
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in implementing AI-powered solutions in a supply chain or sustainability-focused environment
• Certification in AI/ML, supply chain management, or sustainability
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and experience in integrating AI systems with existing IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management, sustainability reporting, and regulatory compliance
