Responsibilities
Define and enforce quality assurance standards, best practices, and frameworks for system and software development.
Work closely with users, project managers, vendors / development teams to ensure service standards and troubleshoot if needed.
Drive improvement initiatives in quality management processes and QA tools following latest market trends.
Lead and manage the end‑to‑end quality assurance process for key projects.
Oversee test planning, execution and defect management to ensure regulatory standards, security controls or necessary requirements are met.
Share best practices, QA tools, and methodologies to elevate the overall quality capability within the IT teams.
Requirements
University degree holder or above in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
At least 6 years’ Quality Assurance related experience with minimum 2 years’ leadership role, preferably in banking or finance industry.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies and automation frameworks.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Junit, Katalon, Appium, etc.) is a must.
Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) and database is an advantage.
Solid experience in process improvement frameworks, mobile app, website development is a plus.
Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
