Data / Business Analyst (Goal Performance)

Our client is a leading technology company looking for a Data (Financial) Analyst to join their Team.

In the field facing Senior Investigation Officer (SIO) role, the Assistant Goal to Commission (G2C) Advisor will need to be providing support to all kinds of activities to strategic business partner including Sales, Sales Finance, Operations, HR Comp, and HR by providing specialized knowledge of sales incentives and incentive based programs. Provide business analysis and commentary on plan performance to senior leaders to support decisions affecting sales compensation.
