Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for our PayFi product suite. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stay ahead of trends in DeFi, cross-chain interoperability, and digital asset payments.
• Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, balancing technical innovation, user needs, and business objectives. Communicate the roadmap clearly to stakeholders, executives, and the wider team.
• User-Centric Discovery: Deeply understand our users—from crypto-natives to the crypto-curious. Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and use data analytics to identify pain points and opportunities in the current Web3 payment landscape.
• Feature Definition & Scoping: Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will own the "what" and "why," working closely with engineering on the "how."
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and align engineering, design, marketing, business development, and ecosystem teams to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
• Go-to-Market & Growth: Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on product launch strategies, positioning, and user acquisition. Define key success metrics and use data to iterate and optimize for growth and engagement.
• Web3 Ecosystem Engagement: Engage with our developer community, partners, and protocol stakeholders to gather insights, identify integration opportunities, and ensure our product remains composable and developer-friendly.

A proven Product Manager with 4+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years focused on a Web3, DeFi, or crypto-native product.
• You have a deep, hands-on understanding of blockchain fundamentals: wallets, smart contracts, gas fees, cross-chain bridges (e.g., LayerZero, Wormhole), and Layer 2 solutions.
• You have direct experience with financial or payment products (traditional FinTech or Web3). Experience with on-ramps, off-ramps, stablecoins, or decentralized exchanges is a huge plus.
• You are both strategic and deeply executional. You can paint a vision for the future and also roll up your sleeves to write a detailed user story.
• You are data-driven, using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform your decisions. You are proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and SQL.
• You possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and rally a team around a shared goal.
• You are a builder, passionate about creating products that have a real-world impact and drive financial inclusion.
