Digital Marketing Assistant (E-commerce)

Founded in 2017, Aleshia is a Fashion startup designed in Hong Kong and shipping worldwide.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting marketing research on social media trends

- Identifying Key Influencers in relevant markets

- Plan and execute digital/ social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and Xiaohongshu) strategies for brand

- ⁠Take Reels and videos to promote the brand

- Organize, support and coordinate events, workshop, consumer activities, joint promotion

Requirements:

- Marketing experience is preferred

- University graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication or related discipline

- Attention to details, strong time management, and project management skills

- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential

- Fast learners with a strong interest in growing a business
