Lead Frontend Developer

Our client is embarking on a greenfield initiative to build a next-generation mobile platform from the ground up. This strategic project will serve enterprise-level users and requires a strong technical leader to define architecture, set standards, and deliver a world-class mobile experience. They are seeking a Lead Mobile Developer (iOS & Android) who is passionate about building robust, scalable systems and leading teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and facilitate technical decisions, collaborating closely with product and design teams to establish priorities and lead all mobile development efforts.
• Define mobile architecture and technology stack for a greenfield project, ensuring scalability, security, and enterprise-grade reliability.
• Develop high-quality mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript, with native integrations for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and implement automated testing strategies for continuous delivery.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PDPL).
• Build and lead a high-performing mobile engineering team, starting with freelancers and transitioning to full-time hires.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering professional growth and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and integrate innovative solutions to improve system performance and scalability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of mobile development experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications.
• Expertise in React Native and TypeScript; strong knowledge of native iOS and Android development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and app store deployment.
• Strong understanding of mobile security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
