Risk and Safety Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate security risks internally and externally to provide timely intelligence and analysis of security incidents and related activity, enhancing the safety and security of the Group’s businesses in Asia, Europe, and North America.
• Provision of timely and accurate reporting on security incidents and related activity to enhance the security of the Group’s global businesses.
• Conduct a daily verbal brief and intelligence assessment, including geo-political, national, and provincial security reporting.
• Establish daily threat reports and communicate effectively with regional directors to provide advisories to operations within the region.
• Hold a weekly meeting to review the past week’s events and discuss upcoming security threats with supervisors to advise the group and operations’ preparedness.
• Deliver a monthly verbal PowerPoint security information brief, including a longer-term statistical trend, with supervisors to advise the group and operations’ security strategy going forward.
• Manage the Group’s risk and intelligence database and maintain all Security Risk Assessments of the Group’s properties, ensuring these assessments are current and flagging any gaps.
• Provide analysis contextualized within a geo-political framework to inform current projects and future plans.
• Analyze security reports for vulnerabilities and recommend feasible and appropriate options.

Job Requirements:
• Experience in analysis of open source information and reports.
• Strong skills in providing quality reports and presentations and delivering results.
• Experience in analyzing methods of security and risk management (security and safety aspects).
• Experience in investigation and report writing.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in conducting security risk assessments and implementing security best practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
