Responsibilities:
Assist in establishing the Hong Kong office, including tasks such as recruitment, office setup, and business partnerships
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, such as game development, marketing, community management, and customer support, to ensure smooth project execution and achieve project goals
Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and meeting quality standards
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential risks or issues, and implement measures for project success
Collaborate with external partners, such as game developers, publishers, and service providers, to support game publishing and operation efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Game Development)
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the gaming industry
Strong understanding of mobile game publishing processes, market trends, and player preferences
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data‑driven decisions
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment
