Assistant News Editor

• Responsibilities:*
• To be responsible for news operation and workflow
• Selection of news items and ensure fair and accurate coverage
• Provide Instructions to reporters and deployment of crews
• Review and edit news articles for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
• Collaborate with reporters to develop story ideas and angles, ensuring coverage is comprehensive and timely.

• Qualifications:*
• Aware of legal, political and social implications
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Journalism or Media Communication or related disciplines
• With at least 10 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Shift duty is required
• Candidate with more experience or qualification will be considered as News Editor
