POSITION OVERVIEW
• Responsible to deliver highest level of guest experience from lead generation and conversion, to handling their requirements to post-event follow-up
• Reach and exceed yearly budget as well as upsell target assigned
• Develop deep understanding and knowledge of MICE segment targeted by hotel, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessary to maximise guest satisfaction
• Keep abreast of market condition and competitors' activities to formulate business strategy
• To implement of various tactical/seasonal packages to ensure to achieve high conversion ratio and to maximize upselling opportunities of MICE business
• Ensure timely follow-up and pursuit of strategic relationships with clients in order to drive the highest level of lead generation and conversion from MICE segment
• Promote to clients and to solicit business, handle contract negotiation for any business from MICE segment
• Achieve individual, team revenue goal and KPOs as determined at the beginning of each year

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Sophisticated interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and leadership skills
• Knowledge in Delphi and Opera systems is an advantage
• Demonstrated success in nurturing accounts through lengthy sales cycles
• Maintain a high level of knowledge pertaining to policy and procedure and communicates knowledge effectively to all personnel when applicable
• Demonstrate clear and effective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveying information to clients, technicians, management and team members as well as producing reports
• Ability to work under pressure and might require to work over weekends or public holidays
