Senior Officer - ERP Project Solution (inhouse)

A listed and sizable luxury items retailer which annual turnover is over HKD15 billions is now looking for a potential incumbent to join their team.
• Focus in development & enhancement of Retail ERP with the objective to fully embrace Omnichannel on stores’ level for Greater China markets
• Act as an inhouse ERP Consultant to understand the business models and requirements and hence to provide valuable recommendation on process re-engineering & workflow design, resources need, etc. for operational excellent
• Act as a bridge to interpret the requirement to IT teams and be the project lead to drive for the development & implementation towards the business objectives
• Track and analyze sales performance at both Group and BU level and work with respective departments to develop programs, tools, systems, and methods for the enhancement of sales performance

• High team spirit Requirement: :
• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Studies, IT Studies or related discipline
• Solid experience in China based ERP, e.g. Kingdee/Youyou, with excellent project management skill
• Sound knowledge on process re-engineering & workflow design is preferably
• Excellent communication skill, able to communicate effectively between users and IT teams
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
