Job responsibilities:
• Lead an E-commerce team and fully responsible for the sales, operation and P/L
• Formulate the e-commerce business plan & strategy that align with the company's goals and lead the execution
• Monitor the website performance, drive traffic and enhance the user experience
• Research market trends, seek opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives, push business forward to meet financial targets
• Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability
• Plan and manage the e-commerce budget effectively to ensure profitability
• Build and maintain good relationships with B2B2C and B2B business partners
• Oversee product market research and product development
• Drive technical team to effectively develop e-commence solutions and to enhance the website performance
• Formulate data-driven decisions to optimize online sales and customer retention
• Stay abreast of new and best practices in ecommerce, digital marketing, and technology to keep the company at the forefront of the digital marketplace
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, Business or equivalent disciplines
• 8 Years + experience in e-commence, proven leadership of e-commence project with track record of driving revenue growth
• Strong business acumen and result-oriented
• Excellent leadership skill and analytical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Mandarin
