About the Role

We are looking for a growth-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive the adoption of our Crypto Debit Card. Your mission is to expand our user base by optimizing growth channels, managing affiliate networks, and enhancing our brand presence in the global crypto-to-fiat market.

Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition: Design and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns to increase card applications and transaction volume.

Affiliate & Channel Management: Build and manage a robust affiliate program, identifying high-traffic referral partners and managing payout structures.

Community & Social Strategy: Oversee community engagement on Telegram, Discord, and X (Twitter) to drive organic growth and user retention.

Content & Localization: Create compelling marketing copy, tutorials, and newsletters that communicate the card’s value proposition to diverse global audiences.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor fee structures, reward programs, and emerging trends in the crypto payment sector to keep our product competitive.

Requirements

Crypto Expertise: Strong understanding of stablecoins (USDT/USDC), wallet mechanics, and the crypto card ecosystem.

Growth Experience: 2+ years in growth marketing or affiliate management, preferably within Fintech or Web3.

Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to track ROI across different marketing channels.

Execution: Proactive "builder" mentality with the ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Fluent in English; ability to simplify complex financial products for everyday users.
