Key Responsibilities:
• Develop integrated social media and content strategies aligned with client brand objectives.
• Plan, create, and edit high-engagement content (including copy, graphics, video scripts, and reels).
• Conduct social listening and performance analysis; translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Manage the end-to-end content process for internal and client, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow for trend forecasting, content personalization, A/B testing copy, and generating performance reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or content creation, preferably in an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful social campaigns and multi-format content.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and design/editing software.
• Proven ability to use AI for advanced tasks such as creating audience personas, analyzing campaign data for patterns, and scaling content production efficiently.
• Strategic thinker with excellent client-facing and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Fluent (written and spoken) in both English and Chinese.
