Responsibilities :
• Provide technical support on cybersecurity control and governance in a complex mission-critical system environment including Splunk, Fireeye HX, Fireeye EX, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Zscaler web proxy, Symantec data loss protection products.
• Prepare and maintain documentation in related to supported systems, projects, inventory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform problem diagnosis, resolve problem, identify root cause and assure quality change control
• Safeguard infrastructure systems against cybersecurity and ensure configuration and setup comply with company policies and standards.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives
• Evaluate new technologies and products and perform presentation as when required.
Requirements :
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant large-scale IT infrastructure support or implementation experiences. Candidates with less experience may be considered as an Associate Infrastructure specialist.
• Experience with Wireshark and packet analysis will be advantage.
• Hands-on experiences on implementation & support of the following security products will be an advantage:
- Check Point and Palo Alto firewall products
- Fireeye HX
- Imperva SecureSphere
- FireEye EX
- Zscaler web proxy
• Professional qualification on Check Point CCSA, ITIL, CISSP, OSCP and PMP will be an advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
