System Analyst (Documentum - Enterprise Application Infrastructure) - J12628 (Hong Kong)

About the Role:

We are seeking a technical System Analyst to oversee and enhance a large-scale application infrastructure for a major Hong Kong statutory body. You will be the technical lead for critical enterprise platforms, including Electronic Document Management (EDMS) and Web Content Management (WCM), ensuring stability through proactive maintenance and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Platform Governance: Manage and enhance the infrastructure for OpenText Documentum, TeamSite, and Crystal Reports.

- System Maintenance: Collaborate with vendors to implement security patches, certificate renewals, and platform fixes.

- Deployment: Review production change packages and lead production rollout rehearsals.

- Technical Support: Provide L1/L2 investigation and resolution for complex platform issues.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager and internal IT teams to support application integration.

Requirements:

- Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with a focus on software design and infrastructure support.

- Technical Stack: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum, TeamSite, or Crystal Reports is highly preferred.

- Systems: Solid knowledge of RedHat Linux and Windows Server environments.

- Networking: Understanding of HTTP protocols and Load Balancing.

- Advantageous: Knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps or prior experience in the aviation/transportation industry.
