Business Development Executive (Testing Service for Cybersecurity / Wireless Products)

Our Core Areas:
• Softlines: Testing, inspection, and certification services for textiles, clothing, footwear, leather goods, and other consumer products.
• Hardlines: Safety and quality testing for household goods, toys, furniture, sports equipment, tools, and DIY products.
• Electrical: Testing and certification of electrical and electronic products, from household appliances to industrial control systems.
• Solar & Commercial: Quality assurance and certification of photovoltaic modules, inverters, and commercial technical installations.
• Medical: Comprehensive testing and certification for medical devices, from diagnostic equipment to implants, including regulatory consulting.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align service offerings with customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners and service providers.
• Support and handle customer accounts including customer enquiries, quotations and invoicing
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote services.
• Contribute to annual business planning, market trend analysis and target setting.
• Support marketing and sales activities; provide training to external clients when required.
• Assist the Business Line in achieving overall business unit objectives.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ IoT Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Prior experience in a commercial laboratory or testing services industry is a definite advantage
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills; self-motivated and self-driven, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to provide solutions and deliver service excellence.
• Experience in cybersecurity/ mobile/ wireless topics is a strong plus
