About the Role
• Develop the capability middle platform's policies and operational management system, optimize its business operations processes, and implement the planning, compilation, issuance, implementation, and oversight of these policies.
• Collaborate on capability middle platform planning, scenario specification development, and implementation.
• Lead the organization and conduct of capability middle platform operational analysis and optimization.
• Lead the planning of centralized capability architectures for large-scale business support systems.
• Establish microservices, API gateways, and service meshe and architecture governance standards, formulate model version management, data privacy protection,
• Analyze business priorities & strategies and translate these into architecture requirements for the operational enterprise and propose to the business on strategic architecture framework development

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Over 5-12 years of experience, preferably in platform product management, middle platform development, or microservices architecture governance.
• Familiarity with distributed technologies such as microservices, API gateways, and service meshes.
• Ability to plan, design, and operate platform-based products, with a solid understanding of how to measure and enhance platform value.
• Excellent project management skills
• Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
