What the role is?
In this role, you will play a key role to support operational transformation and uplift customer/user experience and operational efficiency by partnering closely with managers, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams for deliverables.
Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational pain points to identify improvement opportunities and enhance service quality and efficiency.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and improvement insights.
Collect and document business requirements for operational and transformation projects; develop business cases for process enhancement and automation initiatives.
Stay abreast of the industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting insurance operations.
Support end-to-end project delivery by developing and maintaining project plans, scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies and documentation.
Track progress against milestones, identify risks/issues early, and propose mitigation actions.
Monitor project performance and outcomes via agreed KPIs, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
Support training, communications, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption and benefit realization.
Optimize resource allocation by coordinating work across internal teams and external vendors to achieve project goals efficiently.
Collaborate across functions to integrate changes seamlessly into BAU operations.
What we look for?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on operations-related projects of life insurance.
Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and translating requirements into delivery plans.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
