Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a non-profit and non-governmental global youth leadership development organisation with a goal of developing young leaders for a changing world. Our 150,000 enterprising young leaders aged 18-40, active in 115 countries strive to promote economic and societal growth and therefore positive change to the community. JCI’s impact is significant as it provides valuable training opportunities for young leaders through planning and organizing community projects, and promotes international collaboration. Junior Chamber International Hong Kong (JCIHK) started in 1950, is affiliated with JCI. In Hong Kong, we have more than 2,200 members representing a network of highly motivated and forward looking young leaders from a wide range of background & business sectors. Members make full use of their leisure hours to work for the betterment of the community and themselves.
