Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to improve internal processes and build strong business relationships with partners and vendors, ensuring operational efficiency and goal achievement
Manage day-to-day office accounting, billing, and accounts payable
Provide administrative support to HR processes
Process and manage the payroll system accurately and in a timely manner
Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Streamline and implement office procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness
Maintain and organize client accounts using the internal CRM system
Conduct data research and collection for project needs
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Director/CEO
Requirements:
Conduct data research and collection for project needs
Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proficiency in both Cantonese and English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with relevant software applications
Familiar with employment laws and financial regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
