We are currently building a cutting-edge platform that will redefine the way people shop online. To join our growing team, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Lead who will play a crucial role in driving the technical vision and guiding our developers in building a robust and scalable platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical development of the eCommerce platform, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
Translate product and business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.
Select and implement appropriate technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in eCommerce technology.
Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations) to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and risks.
Document technical decisions and processes for future reference.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps preferred).
In-depth knowledge of .NET and Java programming languages and their corresponding frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or AliCloud preferred).
Experience with other programming languages and frameworks a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to mentor and motivate developers.
