Description:
As a Network Solutions Technical Specialist (Cisco) at Integrated Global Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting network solutions for our clients. We are seeking an individual with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Cisco networking technologies, particularly Cisco firewalls and other Cisco solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network architecture, security principles, and best practices. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize network solutions based on Cisco networking technologies, including Cisco firewalls and other Cisco solutions.
Conduct network assessments, analyze client requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco networking devices, ensuring smooth and secure network operations.
Perform network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their network-related issues and concerns.
Document network designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches.
Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security principles.
Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable.
Experience with network monitoring tools and network management systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
