Rust Developer

Develop applications and tools for front office trading, augmenting and supporting processes. Maintain and improve proprietary algorithmic trading engine, connectivity to 60+ exchanges, and user interfaces with the latest Rust technologies.

Investigate production issues, identify root cause, and propose solutions. Collaborate with senior teammates to investigate technologies and design changes to expand system capabilities, lower latency, and improve performance.

Be on-call for global operations, ensuring 24/7 trading activities run smoothly.

Required skillset:

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Proficient in Rust or Object Oriented Programming (e.g. Java).

• Strong interest in trading, financial markets, and blockchain technologies.

• Focus on reliable, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Analytical problem-solving skills with elegant solutions.

• Knowledge of multithreading, web protocols (e.g. WebSocket, RESTful), or high throughput/low latency design is a plus.

• Understanding of the dynamic nature of the cryptocurrency business.
