Responsibilities

Reports into Application Manager, this System Analyst will SUPPORT both the design, technical analysis and hands-on development for MS Dynamic CRM features.

Requirements
• Holder of Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• With 8+ years' work experience in the design, development and release of CRM systems
• Familiar with API integration and the migration of systems
• Practical hands-on experience on SharePoint/ Power Platform/ Azure a plus
• Good interpersonal and business stakeholder management skills
• Good command of language skills in English and Chinese
