Customer Relations Executive responsibilities include drive initiatives to increase customer lead generation and sales conversion. The executive will create business opportunities, engage with corporate organisation and consumers, to achieve organisation goal.

Job Responsibilities

Engage with potential customer to explain product and services and convert into sales.
Provide customer relation support to make customers happy and satisfied with the product.
Build solid relationships with customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Identify and generate new customer leads
Develop marketing content in social media to get new customer lead and increase brand trust.
Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Maintain accurate records of the total number of business development metrics such as customer lead generation and sales conversion.
Create sales invoice and relevant documentation to facilitate sales activities.

Job Requirement

Possess degree in Mass Communication/Marketing/Business related.
At least 2 years experience sales or related.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
Excellent in using Canva, Capcut, Microsoft Excell, and generative Ai tools for idea, image and video generation.
Strong understanding and experience in using social media channels.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is bonus.
Ability to travel locally and overseas.
High energy and healthy.
