Responsibilities
Understand the business needs and perform data analysis for better business decision making
Proficient in converting business requirements into data model solutions and visualization
Develop analytic reports and visualization dashboard
Apply machine learning algorithms and build statistical predictive models to identify business opportunities and support developing business strategies
Collect and convert business requirements into technical specifications, and coordinate with development team to conduct user acceptance test of developed applications
Conduct research to support the development and evolution of the Company's solution consulting services
The appointee may need to work on customer site for specific project when required
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
Recent graduates will be considered
Some working exerience in business intelligence and data analytics is preferable
Experience in quantitative analytics, statistical analysis, forecasting/predictive analytics, machine learning will be an advantage
Hands-on experiences in Google Looker, Power BI and Tableau
Familiar with database: Google BigQuery, MySQL, MSSQL or similar
Proficient in programming languages: Python, Java, Javascript, Node.js
Familiar with any cloud environment e.g. Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, AliCloud
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
