Be part of an exciting team of hoteliers to launch the next new line of properties of Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts in the heart of Hong Kong.
The first of its' kind, the newly built Hotel Alexandra (MTR Fortress Hill Station, Exit B) is setting new heights in a timeless collection of decor and unparalleled service. Situated at the flourishing area overlooking the Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong, the hotel is exquisitely designed offering a heightened sense of elaborate luxury that will delight even the most discerning travellers. Responsibilities:
• Manages the daily financial transactions and keep all records up-to-date
• Focusing on audit checking, responsible for income audit analysis and comparisons
• Supervising income audit team and AR team to complete the routine work
• Assisting with month-end closing and revenue breakdown for monthly financial report
• Support external and internal audits with required documentation
• Provide financial insights to management for operational decision-making
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, but not essential
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role, preferably in hotel business
• Proficient in computer skill including MS Excel and word, with knowledge of Opera Cloud and Simphony is preferable
• Professional membership will be an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, Detail-minded, high sense of accuracy and efficiency
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
