Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce and Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in China’s e-commerce landscape. This role focuses on driving online sales and devising innovative marketing strategies to enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with creativity to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies specifically tailored for China’s e-commerce platforms.
Monitor daily sales performance and adapt tactics to optimize results across various channels.
Collaborate with product teams to develop timely promotions and launches.

Digital Marketing:
Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Generate engaging content and optimized product listings to enhance visibility and sales.

Customer Engagement:
Design and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive repeat purchases.
Actively engage with customers through various platforms, addressing inquiries and gathering feedback.

Market Research:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Leverage insights to inform product positioning and marketing tactics.

Collaboration:
Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and launch campaigns for new products.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales and digital marketing, specifically on China’s e-commerce platforms. Experience with Chinese medicine or pharmaceutical products is a plus.
Deep understanding of e-commerce operations and sales strategies tailored to the Chinese market.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools Excellent analytical skills with a strong results-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques and A/B testing strategies.
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
