Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Satellite Project, you will serve as the key facilitator and
coordinator for the Feilian Constellation Program. You will support the Head of Satellite Project in
end-to-end project tracking, cross-party communication, technical coordination, and external
stakeholder engagement, including on-site visits when required. You will work closely with the
satellite platform provider, payload developer, project partners, and internal teams to ensure
smooth execution, timely milestone delivery, and effective issue resolution.
➢Project Progress Coordination & Tracking
• Assist the Head of Satellite Project in following up the overall project schedule and key
milestones.
• Track and report on satellite platform manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing
(AIT) progress.
• Monitor payload development schedule and delivery readiness; flag delays and risks for
escalation.
➢ External Coordination (Platform & Payload)
• Act as the daily coordinator between the satellite platform provider and the company.
• Communicate and follow up with the payload developer on schedule, technical status,
and interface alignment.
• Collect and consolidate technical issues between platform and payload parties, and
escalate to the Head of Satellite Project in a timely manner.
• Undertake business travel as required by business needs, including visits to project
partners and other relevant stakeholders to support project execution and coordination.
➢ Technical Communication & Support
• Facilitate technical communication, interface coordination, and compatibility checks
between platform and payload teams.
• Support technical meetings, record discussions, action items, and decisions.
• Assist in preparing for key project milestones (DR, CDR, IDS, PSR, LRR, IOAR, etc.).
➢ Internal Communication & Meeting Management
• Provide real-time project status updates to the Head of Satellite Project and internal
stakeholders.
• Organize regular internal and external coordination meetings; prepare agendas and
meeting minutes.
• Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure.
➢ Document & Information Management
• Maintain project documents, meeting records, progress reports, and technical
coordination logs.
• Consolidate weekly/monthly project status for the Head of Satellite Project.
➢ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of project coordination, engineering support, or program administration
experience; exposure to satellite/aerospace projects is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with basic satellite development processes and engineering coordination
workflows.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and follow-up skills; detail-oriented and
responsible.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle dynamic priorities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by project needs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in meeting minutes, progress tracking, and basic project tools.
