About the role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Blockchain & AI Researcher to contribute to groundbreaking projects at the intersection of AI and Web3. You will work closely with our team to advance decentralized AI research, enhance large language models (LLMs) for crypto investment, and develop intelligent Web3 agents.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to an in-depth research report on decentralized AI and Web3 agents, exploring their potential to transform the decentralized economy.
Investigate the role of AI agents in Web3 applications and their impact on the future of blockchain.
Improve the intelligence of large language models (LLMs) for the crypto domain.
Train LLMs to understand blockchain technology and provide expert-level investment insights.
Screening crypto projects for investment opportunities.
Analyzing on-chain data, market trends, and token metrics.
Automating trades based on predefined strategies.
Conducting post-trade analysis to refine future decisions.
Key Technical Challenges
LLM Limitations in Blockchain: Current LLMs lack specialized training for blockchain questions, leading to inaccurate crypto insights.
Data Complexity: LLMs struggle with structured blockchain data (e.g., transactions, smart contracts).
Investment Decision-Making: Improving LLMs’ ability to generate reliable crypto investment strategies.
Security in Auto-Execution: Ensuring secure wallet interactions in automated Web3 systems.
Qualifications
Advanced degree (PhD/MS) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, with a focus on machine learning, blockchain technology, or quantitative finance.
3+ years of hands-on experience in the crypto/Web3 industry, with at least 1 year working directly for a blockchain project, trading firm, or DeFi protocol in a research or engineering role.
Knowledge of smart contract security and crypto-economic mechanisms, such as MEV, DeFi protocols, or cross-chain interoperability, and their implications for AI/ML applications.
Passion for decentralized AI and Web3 innovation, demonstrated through open-source contributions, research publications, or active participation in the crypto community.
