Cloud and Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Description :

· The candidate should have a degree in electronics/computing or a related discipline and at least 5 years of working experience.

· Previous experience supporting wired and wifi networks, hardware, and software for installing VMware, Panapto, Windows, Ubuntu…etc.

· They should have sound interpersonal communication and listening skills, technical proficiency, and flexibility to respond to changing situations.

· They should be self-motivated and service-oriented, able to work under pressure and have teamwork skills.

· Candidates with extensive related experience may also be considered.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Providing support for Private Cloud service by using VMware.

· Providing support for Video service by using Panapto and Ensemble.

· Assist in managing network infrastructure, central computer/network facilities, Data Centre & wiring closets.

· Carry out regular duties such as system backup/restore, system/device setup, system monitoring, system administration, and data center operation.

· Perform any other job-related duties assigned by his/her supervisor(s).
