Wine Shop Sales Manager/Assistant

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers about wine and generate sales.

Manage the daily operations of the wine shop (including cleaning and organizing wine shelves, dealing with deliveries, etc.).

Facilitate wine tastings in store and occasionally outside of the shop.

Work on a day-to-day basis with the company director on the marketing strategy related to events, social media, website updates, and EDM/newsletters.

Requirements:

Work every Saturday and/or Sunday (twice a month) and half of public holidays (compensated).

Strong interpersonal skills, polite and pro-active

Sales-driven, positive, self-motivated, independent

Experienced in handling social media and willing to learn digital marketing

Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese preferred

Willing to make a career in wine industry

Experience working in wine sales preferred

WSET Level 2 or 3 qualification preferred

Applicants with less experience will be considered as sales assistants.
