Business Analyst (Digital Platform)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a digital portal platform, translating business needs into practical technology solutions while ensuring successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Present solution options and recommendations, clearly communicating trade-offs
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners
• Support Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, SIT/UAT, and defect triage
• Develop training materials, user guides, and walkthroughs to ensure business readiness for go-live
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure solutions meet business objectives and controls

Skills & Experience
• 1-3+ experience as a Business Analyst in digital, portal, or platform projects
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery through go-live
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and manage evolving requirements in fast-paced projects
