IT System Support Specialist

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver robust technical support services to end-users, ensuring seamless application system performance.

Coordinate with software development vendors and suppliers to maintain cloud-based IT infrastructure.

Provide expert support on various devices, including Windows, Android, and iOS.

Ensure system and data security by conducting proactive security checks and maintenance.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step technical guidance through written and verbal communication.

Monitor and maintain system performance, encompassing network, application, and database aspects.

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documents for IT infrastructure.

Entry Requirements:

Hold a High Diploma or above in Computing or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Familiarity with cloud platform infrastructure setup and configuration.

2 years' experience in providing technical support for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to communicate with software development vendors and project stakeholders in a professional manner.

Ability to provide step-by-step technical help through both written and verbal means.

Ability to quickly acquire knowledge on service operation processes.
