Growth Data Scientist/Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Growth Data Scientist/Analyst to leverage data to drive strategic decisions and optimize growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing acquisition dashboards, building predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain acquisition dashboards to monitor user growth and campaign effectiveness.
• Build predictive models to guide strategic decisions on marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions and performance improvements.
• Automate repetitive tasks and data processes to enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions and project implementations.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new tools and techniques in data analysis.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Up to 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with statistical software R, Python, and libraries for managing, manipulating, and analyzing data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• Knowledge of acquisition campaign platforms and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
