Description:

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for data center projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, electrical engineering, project management) or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a project manager, specifically in data center projects.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficient in project management tools and software.

Experience on data center infrastructure transformation project is plus.

PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
