eCom Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain multiple e-Commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon)
Support sales activities, including order processing, delivery, inventory control, and sales forecasting
Handle online pre-sales and post-sales customer service, including responding to product enquiries, managing complaints, and processing replacements and refunds
Assist in developing and executing online sales and marketing strategies
Review and analyze reports generated by e-Commerce platforms
Monitor supply chain data for potential issues such as stockouts or late deliveries; provide operational alerts and implement corrective actions
Monitor platform account health and address ad-hoc issues as they arise
Requirements
University graduate with at least 1 year of experience in eCommerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or any related discipline
Experience and fundamental knowledge of eCommerce systems is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Well-organized with strong analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple projects with effective time management
Experience in managing various e-Commerce marketplaces is an advantage
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of eCommerce Assistant
