Our client, a leading provider of both international and domestic express courier services, as well as air freight forwarding, is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join their team.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities across various business segments, including Hong Kong, South China, and the “Hong Kong Hub”. The role involves implementing effective sales and pricing strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets, with a focus on continuous monitoring and timely actions.

Office location: To Kwa Wan

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, (09:00 - 18:00)

Monthly Salary: HK$30,000 to 60,000 (depend on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company KPIs.

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Manage key accounts to ensure ongoing relationship development and customer satisfaction.

Identify potential clients across various industries who would benefit from our services.

Review and enhance commercial terms for accounts in line with company guidelines.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives.

Develop a marketing plan to enhance brand presence in the market.

Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Occasional travel to China (1-2 times per month) may be required.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the airfreight forwarding and logistics industry.

Strong project management and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and a team player with strong business acumen.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word (XLOOKUP, pivot table etc.), PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.

Native Cantonese with fluency in English, and Mandarin is required. Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage but not essential.

Prior experience in an international express company is highly desirable.

Benefits:
5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Annual leave starting at 9 days in the first year, up to a maximum of 17 days
