Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility throughout the project life-cycle including requirements definition, business analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
Manage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources, to ensure that quality solutions are delivered within time and cost constraints
Establish detailed and realistic project scopes after identifying and validating both business and technical parameters
Assure quality in deliverables by closely managing project implementation, communicating efficiently with different parties, identifying project risks in advance, running comprehensive QA tests; maintaining a clear set of project and technical documentations
Prepare project status reports and presentations to keep management, customers and others informed of the project status and issues
Build and manage client relationships
Mentor staff with a hands-on approach and foster a learning and growth environment
Identify and manage Change Request, from scoping to delivery
Requirements:
Degree or above in Computer Science, IT or discipline is preferred
Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise software development project in which at least 2 years assuming the role of Solution Consultant or Project Manager
Experience in Salesforce.com/ServiceNow/Microsoft Dynamics 365/Outsystems/Automation Anywhere is an advantage
Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions in a consulting environment
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Knowledge of Project Management Practice procedures, tools and deliverables
Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues
Good problem-solving, organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferred
