Requirement
University graduate with a degree in accounting or a related discipline;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting field;
Experience in using Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud is a must.
System administration experience is highly preferred;
Proficiency in Oracle Opera Cloud is highly preferred;
Knowledge in Oracle SQL is definitely an asset;
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure with tight deadline;
Good communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Willing to travel to group overseas hotels when necessary;
Immediately available preferred;
Job Responsibilities
Take a key role in the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM/FCCS system enhancement and maintenance;
Play an important role in the upcoming integration of procurement system to Oracle ERP;
Assist management set up system controls, policies and procedures for financial reporting;
Master File Maintenance: Maintain the Chart of Accounts and Global Supplier List of in Oracle ERP Applications. Process user requests for creation or modifications of new account codes/suppliers in the database;
User Maintenance: Working with IT department, process group user REQUESTS for user accounts creation/deletion, or change in access rights;
User Support: Coordinate with IT department to answer daily enquiries from system users within the group and provide daily system support on Oracle ERP/EPM/FCCS; Interaction with Oracle Support Team based in India is required when necessary;
Provide on-site training/technical support occasionally;
Support other adhoc tasks and projects as assigned;
