Position: Founding Sales Representative

Your Mission
Your primary mission is to establish APEIRON as a leading brand in the smart security space across Hong Kong and lay the foundation for global distribution. You will be responsible for building and executing a multi-channel sales strategy from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Sales Execution:
• Direct B2C Sales: Actively prospect, engage, and close sales with individual homeowners through various channels (online leads, referrals, demonstrations).
• B2B Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and onboard system installer companies and security integrators as key partners.
• Distribution Development: Build and manage relationships with electronics distributors and retailers in Hong Kong. Research and initiate contact with potential overseas distributors in target markets.
2. Sales Strategy & Operations:
• Develop and test sales pitches, presentations, and demos tailored to each customer segment (homeowner, installer, distributor).
• Map the competitive landscape and refine our unique value proposition.
• Help define sales processes, CRM implementation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and reporting metrics.
• Provide critical market feedback to the product and leadership teams.
3. Market Expansion & Brand Building:
• Represent APEIRON at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
• Develop co-marketing initiatives with installer and distribution partners.
• Support the creation of sales collateral and case studies.
Who We Are Looking For
• Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Experience in B2B sales (to businesses or channel partners) is highly preferred.
• Sector Familiarity: Experience in any of the following is a major plus: IoT/Smart Home, Consumer Electronics, Security Systems, Construction/Home Renovation, or Distribution.
• Hunter Mentality: You are a self-starter, proactive, and excel at opening new doors and creating opportunities from scratch. You're comfortable with ambiguity and building processes.
• Tech-Savvy Storyteller: You can quickly understand and passionately articulate the benefits of technology. You are adept at giving compelling product demonstrations.
• Strategic & Hands-On: You can think strategically about market channels but are also ready to roll up your sleeves and make the first 100 sales yourself.
• Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken). Mandarin is a strong advantage for future regional expansion.
