Server Administrator

At The Career Works Limited, we are looking for a skilled Server Administrator to join our team. As a Server Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and guidance to our clients, working closely with our service delivery team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and guidance to our clients, addressing their IT infrastructure needs and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with our service delivery team to develop and implement effective IT solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to our team members on IT infrastructure-related matters.
• Maintain and update our clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems are running efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Requirements
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Ability to deliver results in an efficient manner in constrained timeframes.
• Able to work under stress and pressure.
• Industry certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, Microsoft MS, AZ, VCAP, VCP, CISSP, CISA would be an advantage.
• Solid hands-on experience on Microsoft Windows Server technologies is a must.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ year experience in a technology support role and 3+ year experience in a senior engineer role.
• Previous experience in a service provider environment is an advantage.
• Diploma or above in fields of Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent strong hands-on skills with Windows server, Active Directory, VMware, Email servers/service, Azure AD, Microsoft 365.
