We are hiring: Integration Manager | Hong Kong
A global organization is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to support the integration of recently acquired entities into the wider group. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth operational transition, structured client handovers, and the successful implementation of new organizational processes across multiple international teams.
Location: Hong Kong
Scope: International – teams across Asia and Europe
Main Responsibilities
1. Clients & Accounts Handover
• Lead the transfer of client accounts to relevant local teams across different geographies.
• Apply and continuously improve structured client transfer processes and task lists.
• Define transfer levels and roadmaps, prioritizing accounts that can be transitioned efficiently.
• Ensure strong coordination between Sales, Logistics, and Back Office teams to avoid disruptions to business or delays in order execution.
• Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders on completed and pending transfers.
2. Support the Creation of the Project Managers & Designers Organization
• Assist in implementing a new Project Manager (PM) structure, where PMs play a central role in managing new product development projects.
• Support the creation of organizational structures, roles & responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Participate in the development and rollout of a project management framework covering all stages of project execution.
• Help design and implement project workflows, processes, and tools enabling Project Managers to effectively support commercial teams.
• Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and KPIs to monitor project performance and success rates.
3. Service Transition Management
• Support the transition of entities toward internal service-provider structures.
• Clarify and document roles and responsibilities between regional teams.
• Contribute to the development of service recharge frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement methodologies in collaboration with Finance.
4. Integration & Transformation Activities
• Lead or support additional integration initiatives, including organizational transitions across entities and geographies.
• Contribute to transformation projects aimed at aligning processes, systems, and teams within the broader group structure.
Profile
• 10–15 years of experience, ideally with significant exposure to consulting, advisory, or complex project management environments.
• Strong experience in integration, transformation, or cross-functional project management.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Candidates must be based in Hong Kong.
