We’re looking for a reliable Back-end Developer to build and enhance modern, high‑quality backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core with solid experience in ORMs such as Entity Framework Core or Dapper. In this role, you’ll design and implement RESTful APIs, improve data workflows, and ensure strong system performance across our platform. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver clean, maintainable backend logic powered by efficient SQL and robust data access patterns. Experience with search technologies like Elasticsearch is a plus but not required. If you enjoy building clear, scalable backend systems and contributing to steady, high‑quality technical improvement, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
• Build New Features: Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and fellow Backend Engineers to design and implement new features that enhance functionality, performance, and user experience across our core applications.
• Modernize Our Architecture: Help lead the transformation of our existing monolithic application into a modern, scalable, service-oriented architecture. You’ll have the opportunity to influence key architectural decisions and implement services that are robust, secure, and maintainable.
• Embrace Quality & Scale: Contribute to a codebase that’s clean, well-documented, and covered by tests. You’ll write scalable code with a focus on performance, fault-tolerance, and long-term maintainability.

Skills You’ll Need
• C# & ASP.NET Core Expertise: Strong experience building and maintaining backend services and web APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• API Design & Integration: Solid understanding of REST principles with hands‑on experience designing, integrating, and consuming APIs in production environments.
• SQL & Database Skills: Ability to write efficient, optimized SQL queries and work confidently with relational databases to ensure performance and data integrity.
• ORM & Data Access: Good experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper for data access patterns.
• Testing: Strong experience in writing unit tests using any of the standard testing frameworks (e.g., MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit).
• Search Technologies (Nice to Have): Exposure to Elasticsearch or similar search technologies is beneficial but not required.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to explain technical decisions, discuss trade‑offs, and work cross‑functionally to deliver reliable backend solutions.
