Responsibilities:
• Assist to drive offshore governance and controls for quality assurance.
• Coordinate incident report across Operations.
• Timely deliver management reporting
• Lead the Admin Service & Quality team to ensure sufficient support on Admin Services
• Oversee offshore daily operations, ensure smooth and effective operational service supports to internal and external customers to promote teamwork and collaboration with business units.
• Provide timely coaching, guidance & trainings to the team to ensure smooth operation with improvement.
• Monitor accuracy and turnaround time on defined service level agreement for regular reporting.
• Assist in SOP management as well as compile and update manuals and workflow documents if needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• General Insurance with sound knowledge of general insurance products is preferred.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Mature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and written communication skill
• Conscientious, with strong sense of accuracy and quality delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
