Axiom Technologies seeks a skilled AV Technical Support Specialist to coordinate the deployment and management of audiovisual infrastructure and digital workspace solutions. This role will provide on-site and on-call assistance to end-users, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate new voice and video infrastructure and applications deployment.
• Manage project implementation and lead teams as required.
• Develop and maintain expertise in cloud VoIP and video conferencing technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Logitech MTR solutions, and Poly Teams phone.
• Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine their applicability to business needs.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Skype and Teams.
• Microsoft-certified IP phone deployment and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
