Designation: Sales Manager (Hong Kong and Macau)

Job Purpose:

The role of the incumbent is to lead the sales operations locally. We seek a results-driven, customer-centric leader who thrives on making a profound impact and driving growth in the market. Identify new sales opportunities to venture into and develop relationships with our target consumers.

This being an individual contributor role, you will lead the entire sales cycle to support the commercial expansion into new market segments.

Job Duties:
• Deliver sales targets for the assigned market by achieving monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets and KPIs set up by company.
• Identifying market opportunities with potential customers, generate qualified leads, prepare, and deliver product presentations to customers.
• Actively search, analyze opportunities and targeting suitable organizations to drive new business development that supports the sales strategy.
• Develop business proposal for new prospective corporate partners.
• Provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction: Building a positive relationship with the customers.
• Manage a pipeline of sales campaigns across various direct marketing channels timed for highest response.
• Collaborate with online team to strategize and execute robust campaigns with a focus on customer leads selection and penetration, product sequencing, value propositions as well as customer and sales agent incentives.
• Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate key performance indictors and improvements necessary to lift campaign results.
• Prepare daily sales activity management report (sales and lead) and weekly pipeline report for analysis and review.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Exercise & Sports Science, or relevant fields.
• 5 to 8 years working experience in direct selling or business development in B2B or corporate sales business environment.
• Prior experience in health care, pharmaceutical or direct selling industry is an added advantage
• Must be goal-oriented and proven results of meeting sales goals.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and business presentation skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and good team player.
